Registered Nurse - Healthy Start Program
Full time out reach position working as a consultant with the Healthy Start Program.  Serves as a nursing consultant to staff and a liaison between client and staff. May provide information and advising on continuation of care for specific health needs. Advises on health related problems referred by staff or other team members involved in the program.  Protects human and civil right of clients and staff and educates clients and their families concerning health and possible illness. Responsible for collecting and recording data for reporting purposes to the program. Must attend all team meetings and meet with program director on a monthly basis. Requirements: Registered Nurse. (RN) 4 year nursing degree. 5 years nursing experience in the medical field. Sensitive to culturally diverse populations that the CAC serves.
